1949年3月 出生於日本埼玉縣，1969年畢業於長澤節設計學院(Setsu mode seminar)。以大眾化及平易近人的畫風替許多的書籍、雜誌、廣告、商品等製作插畫。如清潔用品 LION的「キレイキレイ」系列、SONY PLAYSTATION遊戲─「我的暑假」系列的角色可作代表。為東京插畫家協會（TLS）的會員之一。 上田三根子老師2011年開始以數位版畫作品(Giclee)展示販賣。Giclee版畫在一般的環境當中可保存75至200年，相較於傳統平版印刷出來的作品，Giclee數位印刷術更易於耐久性收藏。在美國藝術界Giclee數位印刷術(藝術微噴)已經成為主流。
Born in Saitama Prefecture, Japan in March 1949, graduated from Setsu mode seminar in 1969. Created illustrations for many books, magazines, advertisements, merchandise, etc. in a popular and approachable style. Such as cleaning supplies LION's "キレイキレイ" series, SONY PLAYSTATION game ─ "My Summer Vacation" series of characters can be represented. One of the members of the Tokyo Illustrators Society (TLS). In 2011, Ueda began to exhibit and sell her digital prints (Giclee). Giclee printing can be preserved for 75 to 200 years in a normal environment. Compared with works produced by traditional lithography, Giclee digital printing is more durable for collection. In the American art world, Giclee digital printing (art micro-printing) has become mainstream.
