田中 望 TANAKA Nozomi
1989年出生於日本宮城縣仙台市，2014年於日本最頂峰當代藝術比賽VOCA展2014，獲得首獎（VOCA賞），2017年取得東北藝術工科大學的藝術博士學位。田中望以日本東北地區為中心，進行各式各樣的土地、風土、民俗學的田野調查，將其研究成果用畫作來表現。具體反映在這塊土地上生存的人們，關於他們的生活、歷史、風土、儀式、祭典、口傳文學、寓言等。這些充滿「故事性」和「溫度」的繪畫，撩動著鑑賞者的想像力，總讓人看不知膩。
1989年宮城県仙台市生まれ。2014年VOCA展でグランプリ（VOCA賞）受賞。2017年東北芸術工科大学の芸術博士学位取得。東北を中心に様々な土地の、風土や民俗学の研究とフィールドワークを行い、研究成果を絵画で表現している。その土地に生きる人々の生活、歴史、風土、儀式、お祭り、言い伝え、寓話等が落とし込まれた、「物語性」と「暖かみ」が溢れる絵画は、鑑賞者の想像力を掻き立て、いつまでも見飽きる事が無い。
She conducts research and fieldwork on folklore mainly in the Tohoku region of Japan, and expresses the results of her researches in the form of painting. In her paintings, these land dwellers are depicted in their daily life, along with their histories, climate, ceremonies, festivals, legends, and allegories. These scenes are full of "narratives" and "intimacy", stirring up the imagination of the viewers endlessly, like a timeless charm that only grows more intriguing.
